Rayat Bahra Professional University Students Guided on IAF Officer Careers

Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur, organized a special information session in collaboration with the Indian Air Force (IAF) to provide students with valuable insights into career opportunities as IAF officers.

The program, conducted by the Directorate of Induction and Selection in Holistic Approach (DISHA), focused on recruitment procedures, officer roles, training, and career growth.

• Squadron Leader Chakravarti Lakhawat highlighted the structure and functioning of various IAF departments.

• Flight Lieutenant Nikhil Pathar shared career paths in technical and administrative fields.

• Flying Officer Harsh Sharma emphasized the importance of physical and mental preparation for aspiring officers.

Students received detailed guidance on selection criteria, examinations, interviews, and medical tests. The session also included a bus exhibition, showcasing aircraft models and technical demonstrations.

The event concluded with University Director Admin Kuldeep Rana extending gratitude to the IAF officials. Students and faculty actively participated, making the program an engaging and informative experience.
