National Youth Day Seminar 2026 at RBPU Hoshiarpur | Youth for Environmental Action

Rayat Bahra Professional University (RBPU), Hoshiarpur, in collaboration with Students for Development, successfully organized a National Youth Day Seminar on 21st January 2026, commemorating the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, a timeless symbol of youth empowerment and nation-building.

The seminar was conducted on the impactful theme “From Screen Time to Green Time: Youth for Environmental Action”, aiming to encourage young minds to shift from excessive digital dependency towards sustainable and eco-friendly practices. The event highlighted the crucial role of youth in environmental conservation and responsible citizenship.

The seminar was graced by Shri Avinash Rai Khanna, Former Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha), as the Chief Guest. In his insightful address, he emphasized the responsibility of today’s youth in shaping a sustainable future and contributing actively to nation-building through environmental awareness and action.

The occasion was further honored by the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Chander Mohan, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Rayat Bahra Professional University.
