Empowering Youth for Safer Roads: Road Safety Initiative at Rayat Bahra Professional University

The Bahra Foundation successfully organized a powerful ESR & NSS initiative titled “Empowering Youth for Safer Roads” at Rayat Bahra Professional University on 30 June 2026. This impactful event was conducted in collaboration with Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. and Value Life Foundation.

Over 250+ students actively participated in this road safety awareness and emergency care training program, gaining essential knowledge on responsible driving practices, accident prevention, and first-response techniques. The initiative aimed to instill a culture of safety and preparedness among young individuals.

To recognize excellence and encourage participation, outstanding students were rewarded with helmets, certificates, and exciting gifts, reinforcing the importance of safety gear and responsible behavior on roads.

As a key outcome of the program, dedicated participants were appointed as NSS Road Safety Ambassadors, who will now take the lead in promoting and ensuring road safety compliance across the university campus.

This initiative marks a significant step towards building responsible citizens and safer communities, empowering youth to become proactive advocates for road safety and social responsibility.
