Governor Kavinder Gupta Graces Gaurav Sammaan Samaroh 2026 at Rayat Bahra Professional University

Rayat Bahra Professional University (RBPU), Hoshiarpur, proudly hosted Gaurav Sammaan Samaroh 2026 on 2nd September 2026, celebrating the exceptional achievements of its students in academics, sports, NCC, essay writing competitions and various co-curricular activities.

The prestigious ceremony was graced by Hon’ble Shri Kavinder Gupta, Governor of Himachal Pradesh, as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, the Hon’ble Governor inspired students to pursue excellence with discipline, perseverance, dedication and a strong sense of responsibility.

S. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chairman, Rayat Bahra Group, congratulated the achievers and appreciated their commitment and hard work. He reiterated the University’s commitment to providing students with a supportive and progressive environment that encourages young talent to discover their potential and excel in their chosen fields. Shri Avinash Rai Khanna, Former Member of Parliament, also congratulated the students on their accomplishments and encouraged them to remain dedicated, value-driven and committed to becoming responsible citizens of the nation.

RBPU Takes a Stand Against Drugs

Reinforcing its commitment towards building a healthy, safe and drug-free society, RBPU also organised an Anti-Drug awareness initiative during the ceremony.

A Poster Against Drugs was released, followed by an Anti-Drug Pledge, encouraging students to stand united against drug abuse. The initiative aimed to spread awareness among young people and inspire them to make responsible choices while promoting a healthier and safer future.

The event concluded with a strong message of excellence, responsibility, discipline and social commitment, further strengthening RBPU’s vision of nurturing talented and responsible young citizens.
