Blood Donation Camp 2026 Organised at Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur

Rayat Bahra Professional University (RBPU), Hoshiarpur, organised a Blood Donation Camp 2026 at the Admission Cell Hall under the inspiring message “Give Blood, Give Hope.” The camp was organised by the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, University School of Allied & Healthcare Sciences, to promote awareness about voluntary blood donation and its vital role in saving lives.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and the university community, who came forward to support the noble cause and contribute towards creating awareness about the importance of regular blood donation.

The occasion was graced by Dr. Ishank Kumar, MLA, Chabewal, and Dr. Jitender Kumar as Guests of Honour. They encouraged students and members of the university community to participate in blood donation initiatives and support efforts aimed at helping patients in need.

The camp was organised in collaboration with Civil Hospital, Hoshiarpur, with the valuable support of Dr. Gurika, Dr. Kamalpreet, and their dedicated medical team, who facilitated the blood donation drive and ensured proper medical assistance for the donors.

The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sukhmeet Kaur Bedi, Convener & HOD, University School of Allied & Healthcare Sciences. The organising team included Mr. S Saquib Shahnawaz, Ms. Pooja, Ms. Aditi Kashyap, and Mr. Arjun Sharma, Student Coordinator.

The Blood Donation Camp reflected Rayat Bahra Professional University’s commitment to social responsibility, community service, and health awareness. Through such initiatives, the university continues to encourage students to actively contribute to society and become responsible citizens.
