Gurvinder Singh Bahra Pledges Eye Donation, Inspires Hope for New Vision.

Under the leadership of Mr. Sanjeev Arora, President of Rotary Eye Bank & Corneal Transplantation Society and a renowned social worker, awareness flex boards on eye donation were installed at Rayat Bahra Professional University to sensitize students about this noble cause.

On this occasion, society representatives shared detailed information about eye donation with Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra. Moved by the cause, he pledged to donate his eyes after life, stating that “bringing light to someone’s darkened world is the greatest virtue.” He also appealed to students and the community to come forward and fill the eye donation pledge forms.

Chairman J.B. Behl emphasized that Mr. Bahra’s initiative will inspire students to contribute to this noble mission. The society also honored Gurvinder Singh Bahra with a certificate of appreciation for his commitment.

The event was graced by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Chander Mohan along with other distinguished dignitaries.
